The layouts differ mainly in size and bedrooms. The One-Bedroom Apartment is the only single-bedroom option, and the two-bedroom units come at 77, 80 and 88 m². The Three-Bedroom Apartment adds a sofa bed in the living room for larger groups. Every type has a balcony or terrace with pool views, and the Standard Family Room is the only option that is not an apartment.

The swimming pool with a view, a sun terrace, sun loungers or beach chairs, a kids' pool and a water slide make the grounds family-friendly, with a children's playground and an indoor play area alongside.

Dining options include a restaurant, a coffee house on site and a snack bar, with room service, fruit, grocery deliveries and special diet menus on request. Breakfast offers vegetarian and halal options and breakfast to go, and it can also be taken in the room.

Practical services include a 24-hour front desk, private check-in and check-out, a concierge service, a minimarket on site and 24-hour security with CCTV in common areas. Free private parking is possible on site, reservation is not needed, and WiFi in the rooms is free of charge. A lift serves the upper floors, and facilities for disabled guests are available.

Scenic Valley Suite is in District 7, the planned Phu My Hung area in the south of Ho Chi Minh City, about 5.0 km from the centre. The apartments are on a quiet street in the Scenic Valley complex, with the Crescent Lake 550 m away and the park around it about 600 m off. The Sân Golf Phú Mỹ Hưng golf course lies 250 m away, and the An Phu Hung River Park is 950 m from the property, so the nearest green space is only a few minutes' walk.

Ben Thanh station, the start of Metro Line 1 in the city centre, is 4.9 km away, and Saigon Railway Station is 7 km. The Bến Bạch Đằng ferry terminal is 5 km off, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 10 km away, with the property offering an airport shuttle for the trip. Taxis and the metro cover the longer journeys into the centre, while the district itself is easy to walk around.

Within walking or cycling distance are the Chợ Tân Mỹ market (600 m) and the Nhà thờ Tắc Rỗi church (650 m). The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum, in District 1, is 4.7 km away, and Nha Rong Wharf on the river is 4.2 km. Tao Dan Park is 5 km away, a good option for a longer day out in the centre.
